Sweet Leaf Cafe

Honestly one of my favorite chains for a really good grain bowl.  Not to be confused with Sweetgreen, which can be found less than a block away in my neighborhood, this delightful place has food which seems just as healthy but more filling than their similarly named competitor.  While one can "build a bowl" on their own I typically get a Mezza Bowl which has one of those perfect combinations of smooth and crunchy, sweet and tart.  Price points are a somewhat up there for a counter-service restaurant -- $10 for your basic bowl, but is totally worth it.  The portions are massive and the company also has a mission, which includes supporting farm to "fork" and organic products.  Personally, this is my apre-yoga go-to on a cold, chilly day.  Enjoy.
